Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase as outlined in our returns policy. After 48 hours, your order may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled according to our exchange policy. For information on our refund process, please refer to our guidelines.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with our refund process. Typically, refunds are not issued if: the order was not cancelled within the 48-hour cancellation window or if the order has already been completed and is still within the stated processing time. Due to our returns policy, since each item is custom made, I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind once production has started.

If the bandana size is not correct, I am happy to assist you with our exchange policy by offering one exchange for a different size. Please note that under our returns policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original item must be returned in unused condition to initiate the refund process.
