The Woof Lodge does accept returns under the following conditions:

• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item
• Item must be returned in the condition it was received, there should be no visible signs of wear and tear

To initiate a return, you may complete the form below. Please include the reason and/or photos for your return. Reason may consist of but not limited to:

• The size you ordered does not fit your pet
• The image is not damaged during shipping

When initiating a return you may request an exchange or refund. Only partial refund will be considered for Custom Orders. Please see below for our refund process:

• Refunds will be considered once the returned item is in my possession and I have inspected the condition of the item.
• Item must be shipped within 7 days of initiating a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• If you are wanting to exchange your item, I will ship the new item within 5 days of receiving the original item at no extra cost.
